A: We are factory. we have more than 20 years experience of fasteneral making in China.
Q: What is your terms of payment ?
A: For the first cooperation, we can do 20- 30% deposit in advance by T/T, Paypal,Western Union,Money gram and Check in cash, the balance paid against the copy of waybill or B/L.
B, After cooperated business, we can do 30 -60 days AMS for support customer business.
Q: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?
A: Yes, if we had stock the available goods or have available toolings, we could offer the sample for free charge within 3 days ,but do not pay the cost of freight.
B, Yes, if the products is custom maked for my company, I will charge the tooling charges and supply the samples for customer approval within 15 working days, My company will bear shipping charges for smaller samples.
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it is 3-5 working days if the goods are in stock. or it is 15-20 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to quantity.
Q: What is yr price terms ?
A, For the smaller order quantity , Our price terms is EXw, but we will do my best to help client to shipment or supply the cheapest transport cost for customer reference.
B, For the large order quantity , we can do FOB & FCA,CNF & CFR & CIF,DDU & DDP etcs.
Q: What is yr transport method ?
A, For the samples shipment, we use DHL,Fedex,TNT,UPS,Post and other courier for samples shipment.
B, For the massive orders, Usually, we use Sea,air, rail and others shipment or as customer shipment's request.
