Q3: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?
A:Yes, if we had stock the available goods or have available toolings, we could offer the sample for free charge within 3 days ,but do not pay the cost of freight.If the products is custom maked for my company, I will charge the tooling charges and supply the samples for customer approval within 15 working days, My company will bear shipping charges for smaller samples. |

A:Generally it is 3-5 working days if the goods are in stock. or it is 15-20 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to quantity. |
Q5: What is yr transport method ?
A:For the samples shipment, we use DHL,Fedex,TNT,UPS,Post and other courier for samples shipment.For the massive orders, Usually, we use sea,air, rail and others shipment or as customer shipment's request. |
